John C. McInnis
July 24, 1933 - February 25, 2002
We are saddened to report that John passed away on February 25, 2002 due to an undiagnosed abdominal anneurysm. He spent the weekend before his death planning the annual family reunion with his brothers and sisters. He spent the last full day of his life attending church, eating with Shirley and some of the grandkids at their favorite Mexican restaurant and watching UNC and NCSU play basketball. Unfortunately, John's favorite UNC team was beaten by Kim and Kelly's alma mater, NCSU.
